Saving Children, Every Year

Melinda Gates says it's the best statistic he sees every year -- the number of children dying keeps dropping, thanks to the work of UNICEF and other organizations. How do they do it, what are the obstacles to saving kids in developing countries, and how can the numbers go even lower?
