I have discussed several times the Ladies Night controversy, in which men feel discriminated against because bars or nightclubs offered free or reduced-price admission and/or drinks to women, but not to men. A couple of men have filed lawsuits over these promotions, including one guy in Colorado who drew the attention of John Oliver, one of the rising stars from "The Daily Show" ensemble.
